Some bands have the same sound their entire career while some bands change their sound from one release to the next. Thousand Foot Krutch definitely applies to the latter half of this concept of the sound spectrum, and if executed correctly, it can be done beautifully, and that is definitely the case here. Thousand Foot Krutch are a band that can experiment with a different sound from record to record and just pull it off. Why? Because they’re just talented musicians all around. It’s not something just anyone can do, but TFK have proven time and time again that they can and will continue to. This album has a great flow from start to finish. As usual, it takes a sound and goes through different mediums of that sound. Some songs will be heavy and bangin and some songs will be a lot softer and more contemporary. The spirituality of the lyrics is stronger here than ever and TFK have produced a record that not only shows their faith, but continues to show the prowess and musicality they have to offer. With arena rock anthems like ”Fire it Up” to Holy spirit led songs like ”Watching Over Me” that just make you wanna lift your hands up in praise, this is definitely an album worth checking out
