For those who love the idea of an album, an overall piece of work that has a cohesive sound, a balance, a texture, this production by White Rabbits is for you. Continuing where Spoon’s Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga left off and seemingly the yin to The Morning Benders Big Echo’s yang, Milk Famous is an album to be listened to all the way through, not piece by piece and a beautiful example of high production values, organic and inorganic elements combine in flourishes to keep things interesting and the run from “Heavy Metal” the album opener, to “Temporary” the fifth track, is some of the most fun you’ll have sitting down with an album all year.
