In reference to the album's title, the original cover art included a kind of a reflective foil mirror. Because of the surface's imperfection, the listeners saw their own distorted images. The band's photos in the booklet were also distorted. The album is generally considered to be one of the best in the band's catalogue and one of the classic albums in the history of hard rock.
