This record’s more about bombing hills than literally bombing things – that is, it grooves more than it thrashes – but it’s still 100 percent raw and rambunctious TTC. It’s not as immediate as Eyes and Nines or Awake were, but it’s the most complete picture of the Trash Talk ethos we’ve gotten yet. All this talking gets me thinking: are they our generation’s Black Flag?
