Odessey and Oracle is a psychedelic rock, baroque pop album released in 1968. The famous misspelling of "odyssey" in the title was the result of a mistake by the designer of the LP cover. Every aspect of this record is amazing. To me, the songwriting, musicianship (especially the vocal harmonies), and performance elevate the Zombies from the pop group they were before this point to serious storytellers.
