Take It from the Man! is the third album by American neo-psychedelia band The Brian Jonestown Massacre. It is the first of three critically acclaimed albums released by the band in 1996, preceding Their Satanic Majesties' Second Request and Thank God for Mental Illness. It was another change of style for the band, with a large influence being 1960s garage rock, particularly the early work of The Rolling Stones. All of the songs were written by Anton Newcombe except "Oh Lord", "B.S.A.", "Cabin Fever" and "In My Life", which were written by Matt Hollywood.
