Swans Are Dead is New York experimental rock band Swans' 7th live album, capturing the band's final tour before their first breakup. The first disc was mostly taken from their March 13, 1997 show at Paradiso in Amsterdam, Netherlands, recorded by Dutch public broadcaster VPRO.
