Eve

This record was recommended to me as I investigated the roots of the blown-out acid-psych sounds of Japanese bands like High Rise. If you dig the dry mix of that sort of lesser-known ’70s blues-rock that always seems to be playing at the coolest dives, a track from Eve is probably on (or belongs on) that playlist. Not necessarily a memorable album in and of itself, but the jams sound killer.
