Forged Prescriptions is a compilation album by English Space Rock band Spacemen 3. The album is comprised of studio out-takes and alternate versions of tracks featured on their second studio album perfect prescription. The album was originally released on Space Age Records in 2003 as a 2x CD compilation, the first disc compiling an alternate version of perfect prescription with an alternate track order and remixes designed to return to the original proposed sound for the record, a harsher more layered mix that featured more overdubbed guitar tracks, originally scrapped as the band thought the sound would be too difficult Read more on Last.fm.
