the rage album "secrets in a weird world" was recorded in 1989 (re-released in 2003) at skytrack studios in berlin. the later much acclaimed album was produced in a historic atmosphere (1989 was the year the berlin wall fell...). in addition to the three-piece line up of the band, the album features gary marlowe (who later became film composer and producer) on keyboards. The band started in 1984 under the name Avenger. After an album and EP, the band changed their name to Rage, releasing their debut album Reign of Fear.
