Give Out But Don't Give Up is a 1994 album by Primal Scream. Released on 28 March 1994, it was the follow up to the successful Screamadelica. The album features more classic rock approach departing a bit from their dance-rock style. The album spawned the hit singles ‘Rocks’, ‘Jailbird’ and ‘(I’m Gonna) Cry Myself Blind’, but the album wasn’t as commercially or critically successful as Screamadelica. The album cover, a photograph of a confederate flag by William Eggleston, has been very controversial.
