Lunar Poetry was Nokturnal Mortum's third release, but is arguably one of their most famous records, despite only being a demo. Originally released on tape, it has been reprinted and re-released on CD twice, most recently in 2004 by Knjaz Varggoth's (vocalist) own label Oriana. At the time, the band described their style as "Lunar Black Metal".
