Originally released as a cassette in 1985 and then reissued on CD in 1993, a collection of previously unreleased material from Mission Of Burma’s 1979-1983 career. The ten tracks are in non-chronological order, but the heart of the disc is six recordings from 1982 that were intended for what was going to be their third album. The group split before the album could be completed due to guitarist Roger Miller’s tinnitus (despite the rifle-range earphones he wore on stage), but the legacy of the after-punk, hardcore infused art-rock that they invented continued to influence and inspire many indie/punk throughout the Read more on Last.fm.
