Sean Beavan, who mixed Antichrist Superstar, Mechanical Animals, and Eat Me, Drink Me, is co-producer of the album along with Chris Vrenna. The album was released on May 25 2009 in the United Kingdom and May 26, 2009 in the United States. The album's first radio single "Arma-Goddamn-Motherfuckin-Geddon" was released on May 18, 2009.
