"There Is a Time" is the third studio album by American singer and actress Liza Minnelli. It was released under the Capitol Records label in November 1966, marking her last album to be released by the label. The recordings took place at Capitol Studios in New York from April to May 2, 1966. The album was produced by Marvin Holtzman, with arrangements and conducting by Ray Ellis. The album is often referred to as "Liza's French album" since the tracklist mostly consists of songs known for being sung by French artists such as Charles Aznavour, Michel Legrand, and Jacques Brel.
