No Division is the fourth full-length album by Hot Water Music. No Division was released by Some Records in 1999. The track contained on the album titled 'Rooftops' was later covered by Alkaline Trio on the Jade Tree Alkaline Trio / Hot Water Music Split EP. Guest vocals include Walter Schreifels (of Gorilla Biscuits/Rival Schools) appears on "Free Radio Gainesville" and Tim Barry (of Avail) appears on "Hit And Miss." Read more on Last.fm.
Hot Water Music is a Gainesville, Florida punk outfit known for Chuck Ragan and Chris Wollard's raspy vocals, as well as their searing Jawbreaker-esque guitars on earlier albums. The act first formed in 1993, and their first record, Finding the Rhythms, was released on No Idea and Toy Box records. Many fans commonly refer to Hot Water Music as the abbreviation, HWM. The name Hot Water Music comes from a Charles Bukowski book.
