My Body, The Hand Grenade is the only compilation album by American rock band Hole, released on October 28, 1997 through the band's European label, City Slang Records. It features live versions, covers, B-sides, and demos, ranging from 1990 to 1995. The LP is dedicated to Kristen Pfaff, who played bass in Hole from 1993 to 1994. She passed away that same year, at 27. The album was compiled with the intent to bridge the band's dynamic shifts in musical style, from their noise rock beginnings and debut album, Pretty on the Inside (1991), to their more streamlined, highly acclaimed Read more on Last.fm.
