Black Veil Brides is an American hard rock/glam rock band based out of Hollywood, California and formed in 2006 in Cincinnati, Ohio . The group is composed of Andy Biersack (vocals), Lonny Eagleton (bass), Jake Pitts (lead guitar), Jinxx (guitar, violin) and Christian (CC) Coma (drums). Going into this record, the Black Veil Brides had(in the words of Andy Biersack) about ”8 bucks.” The production quality is poor, the drums sound electronic, and due to the fact that Andy Biersack was very sick at the time of recording, his vocals came across as monotone. This record just comes across as a poor attempt to fit in with the post hardcore trends of the time such as Bullet for My Valentine and Killswitch Engage, and with the prowess and skill of the guitar players, I think this band could of done a lot better.
