Bad Blood (stylised as "BΔD BLOOD") is the debut studio album by English band Bastille. It was released on 4 March 2013 in the United Kingdom, and on 3 September 2013 in the United States, and features the singles "Overjoyed", "Bad Blood", "Flaws", "Pompeii", "Laura Palmer", "Things We Lost in the Fire" and "Oblivion". Bastille is an indie rock band from South London, England that formed in 2010. Bastille started out as a solo project by singer-songwriter Dan Smith, who later decided to form a band. The quartet consists of Dan Smith, Chris 'Woody' Wood, Will Farquarson and Kyle Simmons. The name of the band comes from Bastille Day, which was the day when Smith was born. I don’t often rate an album a 5, but this album deserves it. Perfect mix of upbeat anthems with poetic lyrics. Each song speaks alone and fits the feel of the album as well. Not one seems out of place. Couldn’t love it more!
