This band has perfected the way they rock. A throwback to the Young Blues-Based Heavy Metal, they made their album sound like Led Zeppelin’s IV. I like the fact that the guitar player knows when to pull back, leaving the bass and drums to keep the pulse on their tunes.
A bare-bones rocker. The mix seems very simple, the recording is extremely clean, and that showcases the way these guys play. Never a minus, you can hear the room too. They really bring a live show into your speakers. I really enjoy driving to this music.
I would give it a 5, but they seemed to try to pull out a formula from classic records, and i wanted to hear some more solos. Wrap me in a rock and roll blanket, on the next release, and I will be a supporter for life.
