Labor Days was my first taste of the hip hop goodness that is Aesop Rock. Absolutely love his style and flow. The way the most ridiculous phrases roll off his tongue with such ease never ceases to amaze me. One of the biggest things I like is his narrative style e.g. No Regrets, the story he weaves amongst the simple beat, plucked violin strings, and ethereal vocals adds yet another layer to an awesome song. The style and voice is unique you’ll just have to listen for yourself. Enjoy.
