29 kept me up a few nights three or four winters ago. I couldn’t decide why I liked it. It’s essentially a very quiet little acoustic record. Lyrically, it sounds like a heroin induced poetry slam (that’s a good thing). Musically its cohesive, starting with blues and mellowing into acoustic wallpaper. I’ll give it credit because I still pop it in now and again.
