"Old Record" is a re-release of "And Their Name Was Treason", featuring different cover art, a rearranged track listing and re-recorded instrumentation. The re-release came about due to the album's unavailability in stores and as McKinnon commented, the band wanted "people to be able to get it". In an October 2013 interview, McKinnon revealed the band had to re-record the whole album in a couple of days due to pressure from Victory-owner Tony Brummel.
