Blackbird is the second studio album by rock band Alter Bridge, released in the United Kingdom on October 8, 2007, with releases in the United States, Australia, and Japan on October 9th, October 20th, and December 4th, 2007, respectively. The first single "Rise Today," was released on July 30, 2007. The album peaked at number 13 on the US Billboard 200, selling 47,000 copies in its first week on the charts.
