"No Prayer for the Dying" is the eighth studio album by English heavy metal band Iron Maiden. It is the first album to feature Janick Gers on guitar, following the departure of Adrian Smith, who left during the pre-production phase due to dissatisfaction with the album's musical direction. Smith contributed to one track, "Hooks in You," which is the third song in the "Charlotte the Harlot" series. Gers had previously collaborated with singer Bruce Dickinson on his solo album "Tattooed Millionaire" and had worked with Ian Gillan, former Marillion singer Fish, and the new wave of British heavy metal band Read more on Last.fm.
