"Sam's Town" is the second studio album by Las Vegas rock band The Killers, released on October 2, 2006 in the United Kingdom and the following day in the United States. The album is said to be influenced by the works of U2, Bruce Springsteen and Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, among others. Lead singer, Brandon Flowers said that Sam's Town is "one of the best albums of the past 20 years".
