Meh, I’ve never been a huge radiohead fan and this album didn’t swing me any further in either direction. It was a good album which I really only listened to at the behest of some of my more “musically enlightened” friends. It really didn’t leave me wanting more and found itself on a little used hard drive where I archive music I’ll probably never listen to again.

It’s not the alternative bible some claim it to be. It’s got a lot of promise and some very well written songs….but its just not as classic as purists try to make it. Maybe I’m fickle and need something more book ended….but this is just not the landmark album people consider it to be. Thom Yorke secretly wishes he could sing like Chris Martin and Chris Martin secretly wishes he could write songs like Thom Yorke.
