About Burning Love (from Last.fm)
Burning Love is a hardcore punk band from Toronto, Canada formed in 2007. The band consists Chris Colohan of the hardcore band Cursed and of the ex-members of Toronto-based sludge band Our Father. The band and their first album Songs for Burning Lovers have received critical acclaim. To date they have released a demo 7", a single 7", 'Jack the Ripper' and an LP entitled 'Songs for Burning Lovers.' Their newest LP, 'Rotten Thing to Say,' was released in 2012.

“Rotten Thing To Say” may not do anything new or especially unique, but it captures the modern punk aesthetic that this genre so desperately needs more of. It’s almost like listening to a modern, young Motörhead.
Kurt Ballou is still batting 1.000 … this record is a monster. It’ll land in my year-end top 10, without doubt.
